Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid in full, by PayPal, Check (must clear and may take up to 10 days), or Money Order before we begin your order. For rush orders we recommend payment through PayPal.
Time Sensitive Orders: Please always include at checkout date of event, or date you would prefer to have your shipment delivered by.
Delivery Time: Allow at least 2 weeks for your order. Our handmade chocolates are made to order for your special event to ensure freshness, not pulled from stock! Delivery time depends on item ordered and quantity involved. You will be advised of approximate delivery date at the time of your order. If you would like your order before 2 weeks, rush service is available. Please contact us for feasibility and extra charges.
Changing an order - If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us via email or phone and we will be happy to assist you. In the event your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Shipping: Please ensure that someone will be available to accept delivery of your chocolate order. We are not responsible for melted chocolate delivered on time with or without a receiving party. We do not recommend that you leave your order outside your door in the heat where it will be exposed to the sun, and/or humidity until you arrive home. Please reconsider having your order shipped to an alternate address such as work or a friend\'s home. Please check our shipping page for additional information.
Returns - Since our products are personalized and created individually for each customer, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Chocolate is a food commodity and for health reasons it cannot be returned or reused. Chocolate orders that are returned to us either because of refusal by the customer or is undeliverable will be refused. We will NOT tolerate any returns or claims based solely as a result of the customer\'s oversights, erroneous shipping addresses.
Labeling: We are required by New York State Law to place our name and phone number on the packages that are large enough to hold them. This labeling is placed very discreetly on the bottom or back of the package. This is so that the consumer with a question or complaint (not likely!) may contact us.
Personalization: Personalized ribbons are available in quantities of 25 and over. We are not responsible for typographical errors made by customer.
Minimums: There are no minimums on chocolate orders unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Color Matching: Shades may vary slightly from those shown in photo.
Notification: You will be notified that your order has been received within 48 hours by email or phone. Please call 718-984-1848 or email us if you do not receive notification. You will be provided with a tracking number so you will know exactly when you will receive your order.
Fruit Trays/Strawberries - Fruit Trays are only available for pick up or delivery only. If you insist of having them shipped, please contact us for terms and conditions. Strawberries and boxed fruit can be shipped Express Next Day Mail.

My Event is a few months away, how long should I wait to order?
All large orders should be made at least one month for our convenience, although they can be processed in less. Your chocolates should be delivered to you about 2 weeks before an event or less for freshness. You can order as early as you like and have them sent at a later date.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided to you the day we ship your order. Just click on the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions to track your package.
How do I store my chocolates upon delivery?
Please open your order carefully and handle each item with care. Your chocolates should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat. Keep your favors covered to prevent dust from settling on your favors. We recommend storing your chocolates in a dry and cool place (such as a basement). If you live in a warm/hot climate you should store your chocolates in a cool closet. Chocolate can be stored for up to one month or slightly longer, but not more than two months. We do not recommend refrigerating your chocolate as this will create a change in your chocolate\'s appearance. Do not freeze, they will break.
Can I order samples?
Due to many requests we no longer offer free samples. If you would like a sample of any item you must purchase each individual item(s) plus $3.85 shipping and handling. Personalized ribbons are not available for samples unless you order a quantity of 25 or more.
Can I make a special request?
We have thousands of items that are not yet listed on our site. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site, we probably have it or we will do our best to try to make exactly what you would like. Please contact us with any special requests.

How do you prevent orders from melting?
We ship all of our chocolate items with a sufficient amount of cold gel packs, and ship 2 day Priority mail. Additional cold packs can be purchased for . 75 each. Please have someone to pick up your shipment if you cannot be there so they are not sitting in the heat or in the sun.
Will my Personal Information be shared with others?
We do not keep, share or sell anyone's personal information. We respect our customer\'s right to their privacy and we protect all of our customer's information received on our secured shopping cart.
